Tentative Opening Date: July 25th

Some Guidlines:
1. No Nudity or Violent Images.
2. No installations.
3. Work must be framed and Artist must provide non adhesive Title Cards and Prices
4. Artist Must Reside in the Richmond District.
5. Artist must be able to deliver their works to the Art House.
6. Artist will be asked to provide an SF and/or Richmond District email list.
7. Artist must be available for the opening.

Contracts will entitle WestSide with 25% commission on Sales.
